ExactCut 75 TWIN
The new 75 TWIN is the newest addition to our line of high productions circular machines. It is capable of cutting 2 bars with diameters of up to 35 mm at the same time or one bar alone with a max. diameter of 70 mm.
The machine features a segment loading system and a transverse or belt conveyer on the infeed side. Therefore the machine does not require a measuring stop which simplifies the integration of material handling equipment on the outfeed side. (discharging via robot, machining, marking, etc.). The length of the loading magazine and the length and style of the discharge system can be adapted to each application.
Due to the possibility of cutting two bars at the same time this model is extremely advantageous for large batches of tubes and pipes, non-ferrous metals, sections, etc.

Material preparation
An important criterion of a suitable selection is the way of material loading, cutting length, cross-section diversity, etc. All devices supplied by our company are of a modular design and allow their length to be assembled as required by the customer.

Material processing
One of the most frequently used material processing technologies is post-cutting both-sided chamfering of metal pieces, performed with various levels of automation. Other frequently supplied devices include machines for demagnetising, machining and flushing pipes, and final length control. Individual operations may be further combined and adjusted as required by the customer.

Material unloading
In order to simplify working processes and to meet requirements of our customers, accessories for output operations following cutting the workpiece are continuously developed. Automatic handling is particularly suitable for cut pieces of bigger weight, for pieces which should be stored precisely in crates, and for transfer to another operation.
