T-Series
TAC – an accessible entry into high-performance cutting
TAC series circular saws represent an efficient solution for serial cutting of steel materials. They offer an attractive balance of price, performance, and reliability. Thanks to the option of adding peripheral equipment, the machines can be easily adapted to specific production requirements.
Key Advantages of the TAC Series
Attractive Price-to-Performance Ratio
An efficient solution for highly productive material cutting with low operating costs.
Compact and Robust Design
The cutting unit is mounted on preloaded linear guides, ensuring stability, precision, and long service life.
High Cutting Quality
A polymer concrete filling in key structural components minimizes vibrations and ensures a stable cutting process.
Simple and Intuitive Operation
A modern touchscreen panel with a clear user interface allows for quick setup and easy operation.
Automation Capability
Machines can be equipped with a wide range of peripheral devices, including robotic handling, quality control systems, and other automation elements.
Typical Applications
TAC series circular saws are primarily used in operations focused on high-volume cutting of steel materials, for example:
- preparation of semi-finished parts for forging
- cutting of bar steel for subsequent machining
- production of components for the automotive and mechanical engineering industries
- preparation of material for further forming processes
Technical Description
The TAC product line includes three models that differ in maximum cutting capacity. Each machine can be equipped with peripheral devices ensuring smooth material flow from raw input material to finished workpieces.
For more demanding applications, machines can be equipped with:
- robotic handling
- end deburring
- quality control systems
- additional automation elements
Thanks to the modular design, machines can be easily adapted to different types of production processes.

Flexibility of Use
The machines are primarily designed for cutting solid materials and steel profiles at a 90° cutting angle. The saw design and additional equipment are optimized mainly for round cross-section materials; however, under certain conditions, cutting of square or rectangular profiles is also possible.
Maximum dimensions of input material and workpieces depend on the selected configuration of peripheral equipment (see Accessories section for more details).
A Top Solution for Higher Productivity
The cutting unit is mounted on preloaded linear guides and driven by a powerful servo motor. Structural components are filled with a polymer composite that effectively dampens vibrations, contributing to long machine life and high cutting quality.
Blade lubrication is provided by a micronizer, which is a standard feature of every machine.
Operation is controlled via a modern touchscreen interface with an intuitive user environment, ensuring fast and easy operation from the very first use.
Line Configuration
In its basic configuration, the line includes a circular saw, a six-meter gravity infeed magazine, and an output sorting chute.
The modular magazine design allows adjustment of input material length:
- shortened version for materials up to 3 m
- extended version for bars up to 9 m
The infeed conveyor can be extended with a bundle loader, allowing an entire bundle of material to be loaded and automatically fed bar by bar into the system.
At the output, a sorting chute is installed as standard, separating good parts (up to 150 mm in length) from cut-offs and remnants.
Alternatively, a belt conveyor can be used for handling workpieces up to 1500 mm in length (depending on configuration).
Additional configuration options are described in the Accessories section.
