Oil mist exhaust

In operations with insufficient ventilation, it is recommended to equip the circular saw with an oil mist extraction system generated during the cutting process.

ExactCut machines are supplied with extraction units (e.g. OVF/A by ARNO), equipped with HEPA filters to capture fine particles and fumes generated during cutting.

Filter contamination is continuously monitored via an indicator that alerts the operator when replacement is required.

We will be pleased to help you with its selection. Devices supplied by our company are of compact dimensions and adequate output. Their separate location close to the circular saw does not prevent the personnel from operating or technicians from servicing the machine.
