The elevator is connected to some of the separation tables located behind a circular saw, serving as material storage.

By including this device into the production line a sufficient quantity of material will be accumulated when the saw needs to be stopped due to the blade replacement.

Fine adjustment of its gradient and a set of retaining pistons protect the material from battering in the bottom section of the elevator. From there, material may be unloaded by a robot grab (or by other means) and transfer it to further operations. The device is intended to be used solely for storing material of a circular cross-section.
