The new ExactCut series of automatic circular saws offers a standardized solution for efficient and precise material cutting in series production. The machines are supplied in a proven configuration with necessary accessories, without individual modifications, ensuring fast availability, consistent quality, and an excellent price-performance ratio.

The design is focused on high performance, simple solutions, and minimizing downtime. Servo drives and ball screws ensure precise feed, while a robust gearbox with high-quality SKF bearings guarantees long tool life and cutting accuracy.

The machine is equipped with a plug-and-play input conveyor with the option of double-sided configuration. Material output can be handled by a chute or an output table with sorting. The 10" touchscreen display offers clear and intuitive control, including the option of remote management.

Thanks to the available accessories, waste can be minimized and the input material can be used to its full potential. Standard equipment includes components from renowned manufacturers (Siemens, Balluff, Keyence, Weidmüller, Ewon, SMC), and the machine can be optionally equipped with extraction, a micronizer, or a chip conveyor.
