Output conveyor with sorting

A key component of the line: it supports the material during cutting and transports the workpieces to subsequent operations. The robust design handles even heavy workpieces in demanding environments.

Workpieces are automatically directed into predefined storage boxes or to the next stage — from simple two-position sorting (good parts vs. scrap) to multi-position sorting by dimensional or quality parameters.

Key benefits

  • material support during cutting
  • simple and robust design
  • suitable for heavy workpieces
  • two-position or multi-position sorting
  • automatic routing to boxes or downstream operations

Manipulator

The output manipulator handles the automatic picking, sorting and placement of workpieces into defined positions or containers. Its modular design adapts to specific requirements and can use multiple storage positions simultaneously.

Depending on the material, the gripper can be magnetic, mechanical or pneumatic, and the system is available in two-axis or three-axis configurations to suit the layout of the line.

Key benefits

  • automatic handling and sorting of workpieces
  • use of multiple storage positions
  • different gripper technologies
  • two-axis or three-axis configurations
  • increased productivity and reduced manual handling

Robotic handling

Robotic workstations provide automated picking, sorting and handling within the line. A robot with a gripper places cut parts into storage boxes or transfers them to subsequent operations.

This significantly increases flexibility for complex or specialised applications — the robot can perform sorting as well as intermediate handling across the entire line. The gripper can be magnetic, mechanical or pneumatic.

Key benefits

  • automated loading and sorting of workpieces
  • inter-operation handling within the production line
  • multiple gripper technologies
  • high flexibility
  • easy integration into automated production systems
