Key Advantages of the M-Series

Fully Customized Solutions
Each machine is designed based on the specific application, material type, and required productivity.
Wide Range of Peripheral Equipment
The line can be equipped with material loaders, handling systems, conveyors, and other specialized equipment.
Processing of Various Material Types
Machines are adapted for cutting round and square bars, complex profiles, and special materials such as threaded rods.
Production Process Optimization
The line design ensures smooth material flow and maximum production efficiency.
Integration into Automated Lines
Solutions can be easily integrated into complex automated production systems.

Typical Applications

M-Series circular saws are mainly used in operations requiring high productivity and customized configurations, for example:

  • cutting of bar materials for high-volume production
  • processing of complex profiles
  • cutting of threaded rods
  • preparation of semi-finished parts for pressing or forming
  • automated production lines

Designs for Steel and Non-Ferrous Metals

The M-Series is available in two designs that share the same modular concept: MAC for cutting steel, and MAM for non-ferrous metals. The right design is selected according to your material and production requirements.

Technical Description

The core of each cutting line is a circular saw designed according to the processed material type. Machines can be optimized for cutting standard round and square bars as well as more complex profiles or special materials.

A key part of the solution is the peripheral equipment, which is always designed individually based on customer requirements. The line may include, for example:

  • infeed material loaders
  • gravity or controlled magazines
  • handling systems
  • output conveyors
  • specialized equipment for further processing

Thanks to this customized approach, it is possible to create a production line that fully respects the specific requirements of the manufacturing process while ensuring maximum efficiency.

ExactCut circular saws are primarily designed for high-volume cutting of a wide range of steels and light metals. Both machine design and saw blades are optimized for a stable cutting process, high productivity, and minimal downtime between operations.
